CANCELLATION POLICY

To ensure the highest level of service and accommodate all clients effectively, please review the following policy: - Consultations Required: All New clients are required to schedule a consultation prior to booking an appointment. - Non-Refundable Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable. - Cancellation Fees: Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee based on the total service cost. Example: If your service total is $100, a $50 fee will apply. - Same-day cancellations and no-shows will be charged 100% of the booked service total. Example: If you scheduled a shampoo, blowout, style, and root touch-up totaling $120, the full amount will be charged for a same-day no-show. - Notice Requirement: To avoid cancellation fees, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice so another client can be accommodated. - No Refunds: All services rendered are non-refundable.
