Welcome to G Hair Lounge, a private salon suite experience specializing in healthy hair care, customized hair color, and hair extensions. I’m Gina Pickett, a licensed multicultural hairstylist, National Trainer for Matrix/L’Oréal, and certified colorist and extension specialist with more than 20 years of industry experience. My approach combines artistry, education, and personalized care to create beautiful results while prioritizing the long-term health and integrity of your natural hair. Every service is thoughtfully customized based on your hair, lifestyle, maintenance needs, and desired outcome. G Hair Lounge is located in Tempe, Arizona, and proudly serves guests throughout the greater Phoenix area. I also have the privilege of welcoming guests who travel from across Arizona and other states for my specialized services. New color and extension guests may be required to begin with a consultation before scheduling their service. CANCELLATION POLICY
G Hair Lounge Cancellation Policy Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. To provide every guest with the highest level of service, please review the following cancellation policy before requesting your appointment. 48+ Hours’ Notice Appointments canceled or rescheduled with at least 48 hours’ notice may transfer any eligible booking fee one time to a future appointment. Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service total. Same-Day Cancellations Appointments canceled on the day of the scheduled service will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total as the reserved appointment time cannot typically be filled on short notice. Missed Appointments (No-Shows) Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment and fail to notify G Hair Lounge will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Outstanding balances must be paid in full before another appointment can be requested or approved. Future appointments may also require manual approval and a new booking fee. Consultation & Booking Fees Consultation fees and booking fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable unless otherwise stated. Eligible booking fees may be transferred one time when proper cancellation notice is provided. Hair Extension Appointments Extension services require reserved appointment time and, in many cases, custom-ordered hair. Booking fees are nonrefundable. Appointments rescheduled with at least 7 days’ notice** may transfer the booking fee one time. Late cancellations may result in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
