New clients are required to book a consultation when requesting Haircolor or Extension services. I Charge a 50% fee of the total services booked if the appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment Ex. If services add up to $100 then $50 will be charged. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for all of the services booked and canceled on the same day. Ex. A shampoo, blowout, style and Root Touch up was booked; A cancellation fee of $120 will be applied for a same day no-show appointment. Please provide 48 hours notice of cancellation to avoid any fees. This policy will provide time for another guest to schedule an appointment. No refunds on services rendered. Accommodations will be made within one week of services being rendered if unsatisfied.
